FOOD AND BEVERAGE:  Gourmet meals are served which includes breakfast, lunch, pre-dinner hors d’oeuvres and dinner and are prepared exclusively for Silent Waters Guests.

  • Adults $560 per guest per week

  • Children 3 to 12 $280 per week

  • Children younger than 3 Complimentary

  • In lieu of lunch at the villa, boxed lunches can be provided for day trips.  Wine, liquor, soft drinks and bottled water are additional and are billed locally.  Additional charges apply for cocktail parties and other guest-hosted events.

TRANSPORTATION:  Montego Bay airport round trip transfers are complimentary.  A driver and 8-passenger plus driver air-conditioned Mitsubishi van are available on a weekly basis for $775 per week (first tank of petrol is complimentary, petrol thereafter is charged at market cost).  A second vehicle, a 7-passenger plus driver air-conditioned Toyota Kijang station wagon (similar to a Toyota Land Cruiser) with driver is also available on a weekly basis for $775 per week.  This 2nd vehicle and driver can be contracted for a minimum of 3 consecutive days with at least 2 days advance notice.  A driver’s day is considered to be 12 hours maximum unless alternate arrangements are made, such as a shorter day prior to or after a day longer than 12 hours.  For excursions a 27-passenger mini-bus is available for $275 per day.

 

SPECIAL EVENTS:  One-day special events, such as weddings, with no villa rental are welcomed at Silent Waters Villa when dates are available, but are limited to Saturday or Sunday.  All special events are subject to a $2,500 location fee.  This fee is waived for guests satisfying a minimum $14,000 Low Season / $19,250 High Season rental requirement.  A set-up fee of $12 per person ($600 minimum) for the use of linens, tables, chairs and serving stations will apply.

 

Notes:  

  1. Owner’s Villa is available for an additional $8,900 per week after minimum rental rate for other Villas has been met.  High Season minimum rental rate is $19,250; Low Season minimum rental is $14,000.

  2. The Christmas/New Year Holiday weeks are a flat rate of $41,580 per week with a minimum stay of 7 nights.  Rate does not include Owner’s Villa, which is an additional $8,900 per week.

  3. Rental rates are inclusive of airport transfers.

  4. Rates are subject to change without notice.

  5. All rates quoted are excluding GCT (Jamaican Government Consumption Tax).
