The booking Cancellation Policies for Silent Waters Villa are as follows:

Cancellation more than 60 days, or 90 days during the Christmas / New Year holiday weeks, prior to scheduled arrival date bears a 20% cancellation fee of full rental cost.  Cancellation less than 60 days, or 90 days during the Christmas / New Year holiday weeks, prior to scheduled arrival date will result in forfeiture of all rental funds paid (excluding prepaid meal plan costs if any).  Only under the following circumstances will a refund be made less than 60 days, or 90 days during the Christmas / New Year holiday weeks, prior to stay:

• Villa becomes unfit for habitation due to natural calamity.

• The villa is rebooked by another party for the canceled dates.  If only a portion of the canceled dates is rebooked, a pro-rata refund will be made.  Any rental payments that qualify for a refund, whether in whole or pro-rata, will be subject to deduction of a 20% administrative fee.
