FOOD AND BEVERAGE: Gourmet meals are served which includes breakfast, lunch, pre-dinner hors d’oeuvres and dinner and are prepared exclusively for Silent Waters Guests.
- Adults $560 per guest per week
- Children 3 to 12 $280 per week

- In lieu of lunch at the villa, boxed lunches can be provided for day trips. Wine, liquor, soft drinks, bottled water, and fresh fruit from the bar are additional and are billed locally. Additional charges apply for cocktail parties and other guest-hosted events.
TRANSPORTATION: Montego Bay airport round trip transfers are complimentary. A driver and 7-passenger plus driver air-conditioned Toyota Kijang station wagon are available on a weekly basis for $775 per week (first tank of petrol is complimentary, petrol thereafter is charged at market cost). A second 7-passenger plus driver air-conditioned Toyota Kijang station wagon with driver is also available on a weekly basis for $775 per week. This 2nd vehicle and driver can be contracted for a minimum of 3 consecutive days with at least 2 days advance notice. A driver’s day is considered to be 12 hours maximum unless alternate arrangements are made. For excursions a 27-passenger mini-bus is available for $275 per day.
SPECIAL EVENTS: One-day special events, such as weddings, with no villa rental are welcomed at Silent Waters Villa when dates are available, but are limited to Saturday or Sunday. All special events are subject to a $2,500 location fee. This fee is waived for guests satisfying a minimum $14,000 Low Season / $19,000 High Season rental requirement. A set-up fee of $12 per person ($600 minimum) for the use of linens, tables, chairs and serving stations will apply.
Notes:
- Guests occupying lower levels 1 & 2 share a detached bath with upper level guests.
- Guests occupying lower levels 4 & 5 share an attached en-suite bath with main level guests - recommended for families with young children or close family / friends.
- Owner’s Villa is available for an additional $6,500 per week year-round. Minimum rental of 1-3 villas is required for rental of the Owner's Villa.
- The Christmas/New Year Holiday weeks are a flat rate of $38,000 per week with a minimum stay of 7 nights (rate does not include Owner’s Villa, which is an additional $6,500 per week).
- Rental rates are inclusive of airport transfers.

- All rates quoted are excluding GCT (Jamaican Government Consumption Tax).
